Project Management

We deal with project development and management, starting from analysis of the needs of the owner and tenants in cooperation with renowned architects, through the selection of suppliers and contractors and analysis of cost estimates. We supervise all stages of the project implementation, including the monitoring of schedules and costs. We cooperate directly with the final acceptance of the design and as-built documents.
